Group sessions (4–6 athletes) is the most popular option for a reason — high energy, tons of reps, and built-in competition that levels up training. Each session focuses on defensive fundamentals, movement, and game-speed reps. Drills are modified by age and skill level so every athlete is challenged and improving.

Semi-private lessons with Glove Game by Sharee allow two athletes to train together in a focused, competitive setting. Perfect for teammates or friends at a similar level who want more reps and feedback. Sessions cover glove work, footwork, throwing, and mindset while adding game-like competition and accountability. Must book together.
