Meet Sharee
Travel Ball & High School
- Played softball since the Age 4.
- Multi-sport athlete: Soccer, Basketball, and Softball.
- 4 year Varsity in High school, attended Kamehameha Schools. Earned All-state all 4 years.
- Led the state with highest batting average Junior year in HS.
- Earned state championship Sophomore year, competed in the championship game all 4 years.
- Played SS, 3rd, Pitcher in High School.
- Played on the top travel ball teams in Hawaii: Mililani Prep 18u & Na Wahine.
- Started playing 18u at 13 years old.
- Travel ball positions: SS, Pitch.
- Started and played in every game both HS and travel ball.
College background
- Recruited by the University of Utah, referred by Coach Jo Evans (Texas A&M).
- Recruited out of the Fireworks tournament in Aurora, Colorado.
- Offered a full ride scholarship and starting SS all 4 years.
- Also recruited by Tennessee, University of Hawaii, Fresno, San Jose .
- Earned defensive player of the year Freshmen year at the U.
- Earned All-academic team all 4 years.
- Sophomore year, 2nd on team for homeruns.
- 3rd in conference for sac bunts executed.
- Only player to start and play in every game all 4 years.
- Voted team captain her Senior year at the U.
- Played University of Texas for the regional championship her sophomore year, placed 2nd.
- Played for Mona Stevens, Amy Hogue, and Cody Thompson.
- Played against top elite athletes and current Olympians.
- Played on a Hawaii select team, had the opportunity to scrimmage the USA olympic team. (Jenny Finch, Kat Osterman, Monica Abbott, Natasha Watley, Crystal Bustos)
- Had an opportunity to play pro overseas but decided to start her career instead.
Coaching experience
- Started private fielding lessons right out of college.
- Lots of experience running camps and clinics.
- Started coaching in 2015 at West HS, coached for 3 seasons.
- Coached with the Firecrackers for 2 seasons.
- Started the Nation Softball organization. Tryouts started November 2019, teams established January 2020.
- Nation softball consists of 4 teams (12u, 14u, 16u, 18u).
- Nation Head coach for the 18u and 16u teams.
- Sharee continues to coach a lot of girls in the valley.
- Due to her involvement and dedication to the female athletes, the Her Goal Your Goal foundation made Sharee their first softball ambassador.

God is always at the forefront of everything that I do and accomplish. My family has always supported my decisions and spent countless hours helping me prepare to play at the next level. My parents taught me that anything is possible if I keep God first and continue to put in the work. My siblings were at every workout, practice, and game supporting me through it all. Now that I have my own little family, my husband and son, are my backbone. My husband believes in everything that I do and my son keeps me going. I want to be an example to him as my parents were to me. Thank you to God, my family, coaches, teammates, and players for the ongoing love and support.
