More options for group trainings

In partnership with The Standard,  this summer program is designed for beginner to moderate-level softball athletes looking to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and stay active over the summer. Athletes will work on defense, hitting, and strength & conditioning while training with experienced coaches, former college athletes, and current college players in a positive, high-energy environment.  Price Varies.

Drop-In Practices are 1–2 hours of high-intensity, rep-focused work. Designed for athletes who want to grind, not be coached through every move. Minimal instruction, maximum reps. These sessions simulate real game pace and keep your defensive skills sharp. Offered once or twice a month.  Pricing:  $35-$70

Throughout the year, a variety of position-specific clinics are offered — infield, outfield, corners, and middle infield. Each session builds position skills, base coverage awareness, precise footwork, and overall softball IQ. Athletes get high-level, competitive reps that translate directly to game performance. Throwing Camp breaks down the fundamentals of throwing, helping athletes understand the why behind each movement. Proper mechanics are key to both performance and injury prevention. Advanced sessions cover throws on the run, sidearm angles, tosses, and throws from the knees. Beginner and advanced camps are offered throughout the year.  Price Varies.

Advanced Skills Camp is built for very advanced athletes — typically 8th grade through college level. We review fundamentals, then dive deep into elite defensive work: speed, reads, footwork, angles, and game-speed execution. This camp moves fast, challenges every rep, and pushes athletes to perform at the highest level.

NEW ⚾️ Little Bro Camps: offered once-a-month. Defensive development camp for THE BROS (10&under) focused on glove work, footwork, throwing mechanics, baseball IQ, and building confidence through high-rep training.

Small groups (6–8 athletes) allow for maximum reps, instruction, and development in a competitive, positive environment. $45

Little GG Clinics are a new clinic designed for beginner softball athletes ages 8–10. Each session includes up to 6 athletes and focuses on teaching proper mechanics, footwork, and game awareness in a fun, supportive environment. The goal is to introduce the game and get young players started on the right track with a heavy focus on fundamentals and mechanics.  $40

Team Workouts are 2-hour defensive training sessions for your team only. Your team provides the equipment and practice location, and Sharee will run a full, high-intensity defensive practice focused on movement, efficiency, and player development. The goal is to introduce new training methods that keep athletes moving, working, and learning at game speed.
Pricing: 13+ players — $25/player  

1–12 players — $35/player.
